General Provisions

The administrator of personal data is HistoricalShoes with its registered office in Mogilany, address: Zakopiańska 128, 32-031 Mogilany, NIP number: 6790084016. Data protection is held in compliance with requirements of commonly binding legal regulations, and its storage is made on safe servers.

For terms interpretation, the glossary in the Regulations is applicable unless otherwise specified in the Privacy Policy.

For better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” was replaced with “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free transfer of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Data Administrator (GDPR)

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Administrator informs that:
